Hi Today I am sharing a card that I made for the Lawn Fawnatics #141 Lots of Hearts., The Color Throwdown #728, and Heart Challenge with Double D.  I seen a few cards on pinterest, but I was also inspired by The Chocolate Emporium in Orlando, FL. at Universal Studios. They have the most amazing shakes there! 

I was so excited to use the hearts stencils....Love them! I think I used between 19-20 stamps and die cuts....Super fun to make! 

Here is a closer view with lots of tickles and glitter pen. Inside the shaker are tiny lips with he background of hearts.

Happy New Year 2023

Hi, Today I am sharing a card made for the Lawn Fawnatics #139. It was inspired by the board for the upcoming Happy New Year 2023. It is a shaker card and I was planning to mail it to my mother who loves kitties.

Lawn Fawnatics #124 S'more fun with you

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my blog...today I am not working and not in a class...so I was able to make this fun new card for the Lawn Fawnatics #124 Challenge. I had so much fun making it with the new Platform Pop-up. I was actually brought some new stamps and die cuts that have been waiting for me to finally open up and use....

My teal lots a bit brighter than the teal on the mood board... I bought a new light box and wow! It really shines with those LED lights, I wanted to make a camping scene.

Happy New Year 2022 Lawn Fawnatics #115

Hi Happy Sunday! I can not believe Christmas has come and gone already. Our family had a wonderful day. We missed a few family but were able to talk on the phone or FaceTime. I hope everyone had a great day too, This is a card for the current challenge Lawn Fawnatics #115. I made this card days ago but I am finally getting to upload it. I used lots of Lawn Fawn die cuts on a slimline card.

Let's BAKE the World a Better Place!

Hello everyone! It is a Monday already...where did the weekend go? Yesterday, I was thinking of making this card for the latest Lawn Fawnatics #107 3D cards. I have had the stamp and die cuts "A Creature Was Stirring" for quite a while and I finally brought it out to use...I know it is a bit early for Christmas but I wanted to also use the "Magic Picture Changer Oven Add-On". It was given to me by a very special friend of mine. 

So, I decided to make my 3D card into an oven. I even added more pot holders on the side with more utensils. I used the scalloped box tags to make everything pop up on the counter. They do fold flat for mailing. 

Here you can see the burners and I have been loving the teal, red and the white lately too. 

Of course I had to do the other side of the oven the same with utensils and pot holder.

Ocean/Sea You Soon... Lawn Fawnatics #102 All Things Ocean

Hi, I know it is getting late, but I had to share tonight a card that I worked on for most of the day! It is for this week's Lawn Fawnatics #102 All Things Ocean. Lots of stamps and die cuts here....I seriously have a problem with layering and layering....LOL. However, I was inspired by a fun puzzle online with lots of layering and bright colors. I knew I wanted to use the castle in the center of this slimline card. 

I love the "ocean shell-fish" lots of that going on her too. 

A closer view with the cute crab on the castle! My sister says it is me because I was born in July....sign of the crab! LOL

 Hola! Im sharing a third card for the Lawn Fawnatics #101 Travel Destination/Favorite Place. This card was inspired by an old card of mine...I just loved the bright colors. This time I placed it on a slimline card that I have been loving lately. I LOVED Mexico when we went a few years ago to Nuevo Puerto Vallarta. It was so nice and beautiful at the resort we stayed for 5 days.

Universal Studios Lawn Fawnatics #101 Travel Destination/ Favorite Place

Hi, Today I was crafting all day and thinking about another one of my favorite places/vacation. It was with my husband at Universal Studios Orlando. We had so much fun....it was the year before Covid-19. Lots of fun attractions and I tried to capture as much as I could in the slimline card. This card was also inspired by this week's Lawn Fawnatics #101 Travel Destination/ Favorite Place.

The center circle was die cut and then I hand drew the land. I then stamped and embossed “Universal” with white powder using Riley stamps, it fit perfectly. The parrot represents Margaritaville with Jimmy Buffet. The green roller coaster is the "Hulk" so much fun! The mummy in the background is "The Revenge of the Mummy Ride". Shark in the from "Jaws", Red and Blue fish from Dr Seuss, The rocks that the parrot is standing on represents "Kong Skull Island" 

The one eye octopus represents "Simpsons Alien Ride" For the eye I used "Bubbles of Joy" Palm trees all over Florida....

The donut represents "Pink donuts at Krustyland" Lard Lad Donuts. Volcano and Dinosaur from "Jurassic Park" and Castle, Houses with snow tops, Dragon and Wizard from Harry Potter.....I added some fun cotton candy in the stand too. Got to have balloons at a theme park....lots of glitter on pieces all around the card.

Chicago... Lawn Fawnatics #101 Travel Destination/Favorite Place

Hi! Hope you are having a great day! 

 I was working on this card most of the day! I wanted to add more items but ran out of room...LOL It is one of my favorite places to go every summer "CHICAGO". We used to live there about 25 years ago...And we still have lots of family over there....This card was inspired by this week's Lawn Fawnatics #101Travel Destination/Favorite Place. Everything you see here is from Lawn Fawn. I think I used around 21 stamps and die cuts. Whoa! 

So, the sign Chicago was inspired by the State Street Theatre. The hospital is downtown Northwestern right across the street is the famous Gino's East Pizza...YUM. The cows are all over the city in different colors and styles. The bean (cloud gate) is in Millennium Park....smaller version here....LOL 

Famous hot dogs, Chicago police and Blues Brothers was filmed downtown, Chicago Cubs symbol was a bit challenging. I used Bubbles Of Joy for the circle, Olivers "C" trimmed a bit and Riley's letters in red for "ubs". It reminds me of my father....who has been gone for many years....still miss him very much. Love Lake Michigan waterfront, Tall buildings and Brownstones, Lake Shore Drive and stars for the 4th of July. The best time of the year to go, at least for me. The lion represents the statue outside Art Institute of Chicago. I know it is green but I wanted the lion to match with the hot dog bun and pizza crust. I have great memories with my mother there. Can't wait till this July!

Happy Spring Lawn Fawnatics #98

Hi! Just finished making this springtime card inspired by the Lawn Fanatics #98 Happy Spring. I have been making slimline cards lately because it gives you more room to display all the cute images from Lawn Fawn. I normally don't use so many colors because Im usually scared it won't come out good...but not today! There is a rainbow of colors and lots of stamp sets used. 

I have had the mushroom house and finally used it...it is too cute!

Happy Easter with Peter Cottontail

Hi Today Im sharing a second card for the Lawn Fawnatics #97 Inspired by a book, movie or song. I chose Peter Cottontail from 1971. Love and still love that old classic movie. Especially this time of the year, right before Easter. I really tried hard to draw the face and tail of Irontail and Peter's jacket. However, the marker I used is definitely not the best. So next time I hope the new markers that I ordered will not bleed. So, there is Peter, Donna, Irontail , Antoine the Caterpillar and Bonnie Bonnet. 

I tried to make it super colorful too....with all the tulips, mushrooms and of course the chocolate bunnies and colorful eggs....except those green eggs the that Irontail put a spell on. However, my coloring was a bit better this time....still trying to get that shading down. LOL
