Happy Holidays

Hello again! Lisa here today sharing a holiday card using lots of Dies R Us die cuts! I figured it's never too early to start on those upcoming holiday card right? When I seen the Elizabeth Craft Designs skates and poinsettia I just knew I had to own it.

I used some shiny silver paper on the skate. I also weaved some cord through the shoelaces. The background gingham has been one of my favorites, but I also wanted to add an oval in a different patterned paper.

The pine branches are so beautiful and well with the gorgeous poinsettias they are perfectly matched. The tiny sentiment from Lawn Fawn is the perfect size to place on a tag and hang from the skate shoelace.

The skate...easy to put together.

I used bother the smaller and the larger poinsettias together. I wet them and curled them with a stylet. I chose white, but I will back with red soon!

In the center, I used gala glitz and wink of stella on the leaves. However, the die cuts come with extra leaves and tiny circles for the center.

Happy Birthday

Hello, Lisa back sharing a new card for Dies R Us! I'm always making birthday cards last minute but today, I thought I would have one ready to go using the adorable die cut from Elizabeth Craft Designs Cake. It has so many fun layers and really easy to put together. I LOVE LOVE the fork! I had to find some silver paper just for it.

The swirl I cut in half and placed it on each side of the cake platter. I wanted to make all chocolate cake but then I wanted to use the gingham pattered paper so the cake ended up turning pinkish/tangerine.

You can never go wrong with the basic stitched circles. I use them all the time!

Cake pieces and stitched circle. I originally planned on using a silver candle but then changed it later to the layered look. I used a signa white pen to color the stripes.

The swirl and I needed a ribbon! LOL

A Nautical Happy Birthday

Hello again! Today, I'm sharing a new nautical card using lot of Dies R Us die cuts. This new sailboat from Impression Obsession is so adorable! It is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, babies or any beach themed card or scrapbook page.

Lots of layering papers and die cuts here.

Added some bling for bubbles for a finishing touch.

I die cut out the doodling frame twice. once in whit and once with a pattered paper for the center. Then layered them together.

The sails were die cut out in white and then layer3ed blue in the background. The center was die cut out in kraft paper and the boat bottom out of blue cardstock.

I inked up the fence and scrunched it up a bit.

Die cut bunches of coral and layered the ships helm in kraft and white paper.

Thanks Bunches

Good Morning! It's Lisa back today sharing a thank you card for Dies R Us.
These new Impression Obsession die cuts are so fun! I love the color red so I knew I wanted to make strawberries to put in the cart. Yes they are on steroids! LOL

Did I mention that I am in LOVE with the Mosaic Leaves by Sue Wilson! OMG! I can't stop making cards without using these leaves. They are sooooo beautiful!

Let's not forget about my Lawn Fawn passion....I finally broke out these Just Stitching Double Rectangles. It works great because i can't sew. So it gives you a similar look. The stitched clouds are adorable and it has been something that I have been placing my sentiments on too.

First, I die cut out the strawberries and used a black marker for the seeds. Then glued the leaves in green on top with pop dots underneath.

Layers of double stitching papers.

The amazing leaves! I have also used them in different colors too.

Last but not least! The clouds with sentiments.

Sending Sunshine

Hi! Welcome back! It's lisa here again sharing a colorful card with Dies R Us. Did I mention how I love Lawn Fawn? Well, if you didn't notice...I love adding some old sets with new sets. I made this card not only for Dies R Us , but also for my Sister In Law.

I wanted to add a rainbow and then I knew I had to add the umbrella and towel to match the rainbow. Of course they had to be rainbow colors too.

Don't you just love the mama duck with her babies....too cute!

I first started off with the windy background, then I die cut the stitched rectangle. Don't worry that it doesn't go all the way down. It will be covered with the grassy borders.

Die cut 3 layers of the grassy borders and ink the edges darker green.

Stamp out rainbow and clouds...then die cut them out.

Add more colored images and place all together on a card however you like. Done!
