Swim

Good Morning! Today, I wanted to share with you yet another ocean card. It is where my heart is... This card was inspired by the Give A Crafter A Cookie #100. All the die cuts except for  the stitched hillside border( Lawn Fawn) are from Cheery Lynn Designs.

Some sad news as far as getting some of these die cuts is that Cheery Lynn Designs has moved to a new company named Maker's Movement. There are some of the old die cuts left and some New stamp and die cut sets. You must check it out.

Meanwhile, I had a blast making this card. The sentiment is from Stampendous and you can buy it over at scrapbook.com

The yummy cookies!

Life's at Ease...

Hi! Happy Sunday! Well today I was able to play in my scrap room but only today...back to work tomorrow. So I wanted to spend my morning making a card for the Lawn Fawn Favorite Place #34. My favorite place is the Beach. I love the water but especially love the ocean wave sounds.

I was able to use several die cuts and stamps from Lawn Fawn. I love all the stitches and never seem to get tired of using them either. Love everything sand too!

I kept with blues and neutrals.

I love the adorable seals.  Be seeing them soon....

Thanks for stopping by!
Everything here I bought at scrapbook.com

Seas the Day

Hello again! Im on another beach mode using the beautiful papers and stamps from LDRS. I recently purchased them from scrapbook.com The Lawn Fawn stitched waves have been one of favs lately.

I used stitched rectangles and circle for my sentiment. The sentiment is from Stampendous. It has been a while since I actually came up with my own layered card. Most of the time I get inspired by sketches. So Im glad so of my own mojo came back! LOL

I know crabs are supposed to be red but.....I wouldn't be able to deal with it not all matching. Anyone else like me? Guess that is the fun part of creating...

Let Your Dreams Set Sail...

Hello again! Im back today with another nautical card using the fun new Graphic 45 Sunkissed collection. I used several Cheery Lynn Designs die cuts with my favorite Sea Birds from Impression Obsession.

I added lots of gold brads thoughtout and the stamped water is from Lawn Fawn. I have had these orange prima flowers forever....However I just cut two of them down to make them smaller, since I ran out of the smaller ones.

The beautiful sentiment is from Stampendous. I LOVE the entire set. All the sayings and font are amazing!

I wrapped the twine around the base of the card before I glued it down.

An Ocean Breeze

Hi! Welcome back to a new card inspired by the June Challenge "To The Sea" with Canvas Corp Brands and The Creative Studio #ccbchallenge. I love the ocean and so these cards come naturally to me this time of the year.

I have been making some fun card with Lawn Fawn. However, I wanted to make this card with a shabby chic mixed media look. I used several die cuts from Cheery Lynn, Verve and Impression Obsession. The paper and chipboard are from Kaiserkraft. I inked the chipboard a bit but didn't want them to turn completely white. All the papers were distressed.

The prima flower and leaves were misted with Tattered Angels Frost. I love the shiny glimmer.

The seagulls were die cut in white and I just inked the ends of the birds with a grey copic marker. The sentiment was stamped with tim holtz denim.

lots of fun projects to enjoy!
