Blue Christmas

Hi! I have to say I'm super sorry that I haven't posted in a few days. I wanted to share all the new cards made for scrapbook.com in a row but time somehow I lost time.  So today and the next few days I will be sharing the last of the 3 cards for the upcoming holidays.

I love reds for Christmas but sometimes a nice cool blue is great too. I layered Tim Holtz trees in white and blue. The sentiment is from scrapbook.com exclusive stamps sets. You can find all the products HERE.

So Sorry....Furry Friend

Hello again! Welcome back to another day sharing the new exclusive scrapbook.com stamp sets. These colors were inspired by another card that I made for a loss of a father. I love the earth tones and it makes me feel peaceful. So I decided to make this card softer with some flowers for the loss of a furry friend.

Happy Birthday

Hi! Well, Im sharing today a new card that I made for my niece. She loves purple according to my sister so I hope she like this card. I really have been making similar cards with flowers and leaves. So I need to start getting inspired by Pinterest to change it up a bit.

All the flowers are from Recollections. I added some wink of stella to the smaller flowers. The doily is from Cheery Lynn Designs....how I miss that they are no longer around.

Love the beautiful sentiment from Verve....also miss them too.

Some ribbon and bling...Done and off in the mail....Today is her birthday....So fingers crossed it gets there in time.
Have a great day

Happy Halloween

Good Afternoon! Today, Im sharing a new card for Halloween using the new Mojo Monday Sketch #525. I loved Julee's card and was tempted to lift it but then I decided I wanted to use this kitty from Impression Obsession. I ended up layering another paper to offset the green. Plus it was a leftover scrap from another card.

The spiderweb was a leftover piece from another card too. I used the lime green flowers and a brad that I have owned for years. The sentiment is from scrapbook.com

The papers are from Doodlebug and the bats and spider are from Cheery Lynn Designs....Love them!

The fab sketch! Thank you again Julee!

Hope you have a great day!

Boo!

Good Morning! Today I have to share with you a card that I lifted from Stephanie Jones. The original card is at the end of this post. I just loved the chevron look! I used my Cheery Lynn Design Chevron die cut and inked the purple, green and black.

I used stitched circles but just inked them instead of making shakers. The ghosts, BOO and spiderweb are also from Cheery Lynn Designs. Inside I inked green drippy goo.

I used a few sequins and the bakers twine.

The amazing card! Thank you for the inspiration!

Believe In The Miracle Of Christmas

Hi! Hope everyone is doing well! Im still at home gimping around with my bad knee. Tomorrow morning is my MRI to see what is happening. Hope I just can rest and don't need surgery. Meanwhile, I made this card for the upcoming holidays.

I wanted to make a woodland type of card, probably will give it my sister in law. I knew I wanted to add the beautiful bling berries to the Berry Branch by Elizabeth Craft Designs. The wood in the background is from Impression Obsession. The flowers were hand made from Cheery Lynn Designs and love the pinecones from Our Daily Bread.

I added Gala Glitz in the centers of the flowers and then used some wink of stella on top of the leaves The sentiment is from scrapbook.com exclusive stamps.

Sweeter Than Pumpkin Pie

Hi! Today, I'm sharing with you a new card that I made a few days ago. I didn't get a chance to post until now because I slipped on the wet bathroom floor and landed really hard on my right knee. The good news is it is not broken but the bad news is it probably has a ligament tear. Sigh.... Meanwhile I'm out of work till heals. Another bummer is that I can't bend my knee to get down the stairs where my craft rooms located. So being too bored I decided to scoot on my butt down the stairs. Thats serious crafting! LOL Okay enough ranting....

I love the flowers from Prima and oh did I mention the die cut from Dress My Craft that I can't stop using! The foliage is my favorite. The cake/pie die cut is from Elizabeth Craft Designs. I used a silver fork last time and now I decided to use a gold fork. Matches great with the flowers.

The sentiments are from scrapbook.com You can find them HERE

Merry Christmas? Already?

Hello! Good Morning! Today, it is October1st and yes I know I should be making my Halloween and Thanksgiving cards.....but when I seen the Mojo Monday sketch #524 by Julee I knew I wanted to make a Christmas wreath. I couldn't help myself and had to add some flowers from Prima.

The wreath is from Cheery Lynn Designs which is longer around but I did see things still for sale on Amazon. The papers are from Prima. The colors are a it bright here the card is really more softer vintage looking like the ribbon.

So, while I was at the local Scrapbook Expo they had a booth that had tiny red bling. It came with lots of them for a dollar. So naturally, I picked up a couple bags for the upcoming holiday season just for the berries. It was a bit tedious because I wasn't feeling too well today. However, once it was done I was extremely happy. So beautiful!

Here is the sketch....Thx Julee!
