Hello! Today I'm sharing a new shaker card that was inspired by a cupcake shaker card using these adorable shaker strawberries. I love strawberries too. The ice cream is from Lawn fawn nd theStrawberries are from Impression Obsession. I added some white pearls for the seeds.

I have to tell you how much I love this paper pack from Echo Park It was perfect to have a festive, kind of sweet treat theme.

I layered the sweet die cut 3 times, hot pink, white and brown. Loving the chocolate ice cream too! YUM

Shabby Chic Purple Birthday

Hi! Sharing a card that I made for someone over at scrapbook.com for their birthday. I guess she was a bit bummed out since she couldn't enjoy the day out but as it tuned out as he had a nice day after all.

Her favorite colors are reds and purples. So I used purples.

Thank You Nurses

Hi! Hope everyone is having a nice Monday. Well, Im still barely working and I will be off for the next few days too. Meanwhile I was looking around for some inspiration on different blog and I ran across Festive Friday National Nurses Day. I picked Red, Cross Shape, Appreciation Sentiment, Superheroes, Hearts, Medical Imagery, and Green. You only need 3 but I ended up with 7.

This is a dedication to all the nurses out there working hard with Covid 19 patients. I am also an RN but I work in surgery and since all elective cases are cxd at this time. I don't work as much....however when this passes it sure will super crazy!

So a closer view. I used polka dots on kraft to represent bandaids, stripes for candy strippers. LOL I actually had to read about my circuit for the superhero nurse. It had been years since I last used it...However it came out great

Here is my inspiration...

Sending Hugs

Hi! Hope everyone is staying well. Im sharing today a new card for this week's Color Throwdown #589. I love the color red so this is right up my alley. I wanted to make a clean and simple card because I rarely make those and using the die cuts made this card fast and easy.

I added some bling and ribbon....

The sentiment is from scrapbook.com....The stamp set Cards for Kindness.

Welcome Baby

Hello! I hope everyone had a nice weekend and Easter Sunday. I whipped this card together for a colleague of mine who is having a baby boy very soon. I usually buy a gift but with all the stores closed I just decided to get her a gift card.

I used Our Daily Bread baby onesie with the cute bear on the bib. The clouds and the quilted backdrop are from Lawn fawn.

No flowers...but had to add some ribbon and baby blue pearls.

Wishing You A Blessed Easter

Hi! Sharing today a shabby chic/vintage Easter card that I was inspired by The Card Concept #132. I have had this cross from when I used to design for Heartfelt Creations years ago. I loved a card that was made by Andrea Ewen and so I had to lift it. Thank you! Different flowers, sentiment and papers though. I chose peach/pink because it is my aunt favorite color.

A side view....

I also layered a sheer ribbon around the cross. Its a soft extra accent....

Shabby Chic Happy Easter

Hello and good morning! Today, Im sharing a new shabby chic card for Easter. Lots of pinks, creams and flowers. I can't seem to stop using that adorable bunny either.

I used some old ribbons and stamped Happy Eater on vellum. I like the way it looks, but it does peel off quickly, so some of it I had to color in with a white sign marker.

Caught A Bug?

Hi Happy Saturday! I made this card a few days ago....bc my daughter wasn't feeling to well. Just a normal under the weather....and allergies. I was inspired by a card by Tammy Stark with the adorable mice and stars. I loved the jar with the stars inside the magic iris. So I decided to catch a bug inside my jar. Thanks Tammy!

I love the color red, so these adorable lady bugs are wonderful. I also been in LOVE with the cloud stencil from Lawn Fawn too. I used vellum for my magic iris so you can see a bit of the inside.
