Let's TACO 'bout Your Birthday

Hi! I know its late in the day but I had to share this super colorful card made for this week's
Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #79 Interactive Cards. I knew I wanted to bring out the Magic Iris for the interaction part but then I wanted to make a birthday card for my aunt who loves all Mexican food plus we live here in Arizona.

Its a little hard to see but I also used my favorite cloudy stencils from Lawn Fawn. I used a light color. I used the sentiment banners for my flag with Little Bundles. Total stamps and die cuts were 23! Whoa! Had a blast making it though!

Im still practing on my coloring...LOL

Thanks A Latte

Good Morning! Sharing a quick post with a card that Im giving to a colleague of mine for taking my call. I have a few peeps that take it for me. I usually give them a gift card from Starbucks too.

I used the stamp from Prima that looks like a coffee cup stain. Also the coffee cup is from Cheery Lynn Designs...How I miss their stuff.

A closer view.....I wasn't planning on putting any flowers on it...but then i couldn't help myself!

Happy BIRD Day

Hi, I finished this card yesterday and was able to upload it today. I made a card inspired by the Cupcake Challenge #496. I have had the die cuts from Cheery Lynn Designs for quite some time now. However this is the first time breaking out the flamingo from Elizabeth Crafts. Super cute and easy to put together.

I love the pinks, oranges and green together too.

I actually used several scraps of papers too.

My inspiration from the flamingo and orange flowers.

Seas the Day

Good Morning! This is a new card inspired by a couple of challenges out there. I love the ocean and big lakes. I usually don't ever make 2 of the same cards but I really loved a card that I made last year and so I was inspired to make something similar again. Here is the Original that I made last year.

The patterned papers are from Graphic 45. Everything looks more blue tines here but the colors are closer to teal. I never have used the tiny beach house yet by Marrianne Designs. I love it!

Yes, I made a new shaker card too. Ive been in that kind of mood lately. LOL

Entering into these challenges this week.

Friends Like You....

Hi, I know it is late in the day....but I finally put together a card inspired by the Cupcake Challenge #495 Friendship. I love the fun confetti on the cupcake so I knew I wanted to make another shaker card with fun colors.

The patterned papers are a real challenge for me because I really can never work with more than 2 or 3 colors....The sentiments are from scrapbook.com and Lawn Fawn

Using the fun confetti in the shaker as well as on the cupcake.

The inspiration... Thank you!

Hi, It is with more sadness this week at work for more losses. Im not sure what is going on but it sure is scary. Nothing to do with the covid. I have made 2 cards and one more to go. Im not sure which card should go to whom...I will let my peers figure it out.

I based the card on the sketch from Mojo Monday #539. Thx Julee.

You are One in a Melon!

Hi, Today Im sharing with you a new card for a colleague of mine who has taken several days of my call. I haven't really liked taking call for years and she has been a lifesaver. I wanted to make something with these adorable watermelon shakers and so the whole card was based around it.

I recently bought a bunch a papers on clearance from Echo Park...loved it! I have some left over flowers and I used some flourishes from Cheery Lynn Designs.

The sentiment was printed on the computer.

Here is the amazing Mojo Monday #538 sketch that I used by Julie...Thx

Im also entering this into Festive Friday FF0061
I used citrus fruits, flowers, green, pink, "sweet sentiment"

Our Thoughts and Prayers

Hi, Hope everyone is well. This past week my co workers and I have had several losses. This card is for someone very special who has left her loved ones behind. I usually use browns and greens for sympathy cards but today I wanted to use some soft pinks since that was one of her favorite colors.

The inside is blank for people to sign.

We will miss you my friend....

Tool Bag for Father's Day

Hi! Good morning! Today Im sharing with you this fun tool bag using the beautiful die cuts from Our Daily Bread Timeless tote and tool set. I have had these die cuts for years and my girlfriend made my an adorable bag for Christmas. The measurements are 5" x 2" x 4" so it is really a nice size to put all kinds of goodies inside.

Here is a side view....I love the mesh sides...Most of the examples I seen are for cute girly bags but I decided to make mine for a man.

I used the mesh side for more pockets in the back too.

The front pocket has room for a gift card or a note with a magnetic closure.
