Shabby Chic Birthday Wishes

Hello again! Today I'm sharing with you a shabby chic card for my oldest daughter's birthday. I hope she likes it. Lately, I have been on a cute Lawn Fawn spree. However, I do still love shabby chic and these papers from Our Daily Bread are perfect for this girly pink card.

I distressed all the edges of the papers and added lots and lots of 49 Market flowers. The cake and sentiment are from Verve stamps. The banner, sprays, leaves and doily are from Cheery Lynn Designs. I added a cute resin doggy and bone because the LOVES dogs!

View of the inside with my favorite Martha Stewart punch.

It's such an elegant, soft card.... Happy Birthday baby!

Yeti It's Cold Outside Lawn Fawnatics # 47 What's The Weather?

Hi! Welcome back to another card that I made for this week's Lawn Fawnatics #47 What's The Weather? I decided to make another "double slider card" So the reason behind my "snowy" card was because we had a huge snow storm here in the valley of the sun, Fountain Hills AZ! OMG it was crazy!!! I have lived here for over 20 years and I seen snow in town once that was very light and lasted about 10 minutes. This snow that is pretty much gone now, came the other evening and lasted for 24 hours. I mean heavy snow too! wow!

So here "yeti" and some "white trees","simple puffy clouds" and "snowflakes".

Inside view using "hillside boarders" and the paper is from Lawn Fawn Really Rainbow Christmas collection.

The adorable slider card that I can't seem to stop making! LOL I left the bottom open blank white for more snow scene and if I wanted to add a secret message.

The inspiration photo! Thank you!

Rub - A - Dub - Dub A New Baby To Love

Hi! Everyone enjoying Friday! Well, I was able to make a couple cards today since it was SNOWING! Yes SNOWING in Fountain Hills AZ. I think in the 20 years that I have lived here, I seen a tiny bit of snow over 12 years ago and it lasted like 10 minutes? Not today! Crazy....

So here is one card using lots of Lawn Fawn die cuts and stamps. There are a couple of gals at work having babies so I thought I would make a baby card...Just don't know if I should give it for a girl or a boy?

I been loving using the clouds lately and love using them for sentiments..I thought it went well with all the bubbles.

You Brighten My Life Lawn Fawnatics #47 What's The Weather?

Hi! Welcome back to my blog with my new card for this week's Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #47
What's The Weather? Today, here in AZ it has been raining all day. So I wanted to make a bright cheerful scene. Phoenix in the winter and Chicago in the summer because it is usually sunny. I love the "simple puffy clouds" and decided to use one of them for my sentiment.
The sentiment is from "life is good" I just layered it to fit in the cloud.

The "toadally awesome" and the "rub-a-dub-dub" are adorable and are all playing outside in the beautiful partly cloudy day. The "really rainbow christmas" paper is the perfect bright blue for the background. I layered "grassy hillside border" twice with "stitched wave borders" twice and finished the whole card with "large stitched rectangle".

I usually feel the need to make the inside the same as the outside. So more "grassy hillside boarders"

Happy Easter

Hello Happy Sunday! Today Im sharing with you a new Easter card inspired by the talented Megan Quinn who designs for Lawn Fawn. I seen her adorable bunny card with the new release and was immediately inspired to use those amazing bright colors! Thank you!

I decided to use the chicks and sun from my Cheery Lynn Designs die cuts. This card is my entry for the Dies R Us Challenge Blog #115 Birds and/or Bees. I used several die cuts for this card. Many from Lawn Fawn and others rom Cheery Lynn Designs.

I had to put little googly eyes on the chicks. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn with clear embossing ink and white embossing powder. All images colored with alcohol markers.

Life Is Full Of Ups And Downs Lawn Fawnatics #46

Hello! Happy Sunday! I wanted to share this new Interactive "Double Slider Surprise" card with you today. I just love the look and how playful it can be! This card is for this week's Lawn Fawnatics # 46 color inspiration. As I mentioned a couple posts ago, I recently bought lots of Lawn Fawn stamps and die cuts. I brought out the adorable "Coaster Critters" set. I love the amusement park and always loved roller coasters. Especially, Cedar Point.

I used "Everyday Sentiment Banner" for the sentiment. Lots of critters here with the tiny stars from "Winter Village" I added a gold pen touch in the center of the stars. The end tabs are from "Push Here" Too cute! Some "Puffy Cloud Border", "Stitched Rectangle" and "Stitched Hillside Borders" went perfect with the theme.

A closer view.... Love the fun Lawn Fawn "Knit Picky Fall", "Knock on Wood" and "Watercolor Wishes" Papers.

The inside....this card is for my sister who is having a rough time right now in her life....hoping this will cheer her up :) I'm there for her everyday...Hugs

Happy Valentines Day Lawn Fawnatics #45 "Lots of Love"

Hello again! Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I'm not watching the Super Bowl tonight...instead I'm crafting away making another card for the Lawn Fawnatics #45 Lots of Love challenge. I made a "double slider" card earlier for the challenge and used reds and yellows. I meant to add pinks and so I thought I would make another "double slider" card with pinks, whites and browns.

I used the adorable "sweet friends" stamps and die cuts. I just love that they are so cute!
I used "polka heart backdrop" on craft and there are some "simple puffy clouds" and some "puffy cloud boarders" I recently bought the candy hearts and reverse stitched rectangle windows" The candy hearts are a great size for cards and layouts.

The sentiment is from "my silly valentine" I stamped it with embossing powder and embossed it with white powder. The sentiment works perfectly with the banner that comes with the "double slider" set. The patterned paper is Lawn fawn "really rainbow" The background is Lawn Fawn "watercolors"

Here is the inside...I kept the center of the clouds unglued for a gift card.

The inspiration this week! Challenge closes soon!

Thanks again for stopping by and I appreciate and read all comments!
