Stella

Hello! Happy Friday! I wanted to share this layout of our beloved Stella. She went to rainbow bridge a couple years ago. My husband LOVED her so much! I wanted to put a bunch of journaling to remember with and since my handwriting is so big I typed it up on cardstock and die cut the circles.

She loved her bed and blankets...she was an Italian Greyhoud.

I used lots of flowers, hearts from Lawn Fawnand a heart stencil from scrapbook.com. Plus some sentiments from scrapbook.com too. The title is from Lawn Fawn....Love it!

More flowers.....lots of leftovers and the iridescent bubbles....

So Sorry....Furry Friend

Hello again! Welcome back to another day sharing the new exclusive scrapbook.com stamp sets. These colors were inspired by another card that I made for a loss of a father. I love the earth tones and it makes me feel peaceful. So I decided to make this card softer with some flowers for the loss of a furry friend.

Hi Happy Friday! Today Im sharing with you the first of 6 new stamp sets exclusively from scrapbook.com. This one is about the loss of a pet. I wanted to make it cheerful and not so sad. So I used teals, reds, whites and brown.

Tucker

Hi! Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend! Sharing a new card for a friend who just bought an Italian Greyhound from an amazing breeder I know. She couldn't be more happier with her new fur baby and I wanted to make her a card to congrats Tucker in their lives.

I layered and layered....I also stamped the paw prints on white paper.

The puppy prints and heart tag is an embossed die cut and then I just used a signo pen to color it in the blank spots.

Happy Birthday

Hi Welcome back! It has been a while since my last post. I finally was able to go to my scrap room to make this card for my daughter's puppy Kimber who is turning 1 tomorrow. She is having a puppy birthday part too!

Her dog is actually black but I wanted to make the card girly with flowers cake and pinks.

Also entering this card to this week's Cookie Challenge  #94

Thank You Denae

Hello Happy Friday! Today, I'm sharing with you a new card for a special young lady who is my dog trainer. Tomorrow is our last private lesson class for my German Shepard Jaeger. So I wanted to make a fun thank you card for her. I hope she enjoys it.

I used 11 die cuts on this card. I have been enjoying making these fun scene cards and no patterned paper involved! Love it! I used Cheery Lynn Designs: whimsical sun and clouds, baby's breath, mini dimensional butterflies with wings, victorian fence, grass 2, pet pack. Memory Box: swirly tree, Lawn Fawn: Puffy Clouds, Our Daily Bread: grass border, Impression Obsession: dogs, Spellbinders: Standard Circle.

I colored the dogs with a copic marker. I originally had the dogs in black but then I decided to make them black and white to match the paw print and butterflies.

The Bridge

Hi everyone! Today Im sharing with you a new card that I made last month for the upcoming card contest in Mesa AZ today. The theme is about bridges. When I made this card, I recently had a put my Stella dog to rest. It was a very sad day. I decide to make a card about rainbow bridge but with a neutral blue color like the blue heaven and skies.

Lots of die cuts used from Cheery Lynn Designs and I had to stamp the flowers and leaves from Heartfelt Creations . The tiny paw stamps are from Stamps from Judith.

I inked the clouds and made the sentiment on the computer.

One last view...Tiny bling throughout.

Thank You! Dr. Tobe

Hi! It's been a while since I last made a card for someone other than DT cards. This card is to our Vet Dr. Tobe. I have been seeing him quite a bit this past month with a new boy puppy being sick and my old girl doggie being ill. Saturday, we had to put her to sleep. Very sad and crying day! Our hearts are broken but I know she is in a better place now. We will miss our Princess Stella....xoxo

I wanted to make this a manly looking card....So I used plaids and white, grey and black. I hope he likes it...not sure if he will keep it? Meanwhile I had to say my thanks for all he has done.

Woof! Congratulations On Your New Puppy! With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi, Its Lisa back today sharing with you a new card using lots of the "Pet Pack" and "Meow & Woof! Diecuts from Cheery Lynn Designs. My inspiration came from my colleague who loves pink and has a little princess girl dog. The pierced banner along the side in pink I placed the "Woof" layered once in black and then diecut out again in white giving it a bit of a shadow. I also cut out the doghouse in pink and just the top of the doghouse in black and layered it together. A placed a pink Miniature Rose in the center just above the door opening. It is perfect for a girl doghouse. :)

Lots of layering of distressed pink and black papers. Then I placed the Fleur De Lis Doily in white for a bit more lacey and girly look. The paw prints are the smaller diecuts in white and I punched out a pink circle then glued it together. The dog bones are the 2 smallest ones and I added one to the top of the banner and one along the side of the doghouse.

The sentiment was printed on my computer and then diecut with the dog bowl in pink cardstock. I diecut the center of the dog bowl in white, cut it out and placed it on top. Both paw prints and the center of the the dog bowl have 3D lacquer for a little shiny glaze. The poodle was printed from my computer and I added lots of pearls and pop dots throughout.
