Today, Im sharing a more formal card for a bride to be, maybe a birthday for that teenager who is a princess and wants all her wishes to come true!
The dress has a matching die cut called "gown die"making this stamp super fast and easy. I added some tiny pearls along the waistline and around he neckline.

I kept the colors neutral by using only black and white. Lots of pearls and one big flower on the bottom. It worked out great because the flowers already had pearls in the center.

Happy Halloween! Mojo Monday

Hello everyone!
Happy Mojo Monday
I hope you are able to join us today for our 2nd Blog Hop day( still going on today) with Verve stamps. The new release if great for the upcoming holidays. I was on call all day yesterday and spent the whole day there working. So today I was able to sneak into my craft room to make this Halloween card using this month's Mojo Monday #468 contest.

So, originally I was planning to make it a bit more creepy looking with the drippings and black splats. I knew I was planning to use "Everything Nice" pumpkins in black. I stamped the sentiment in green and then something took a twist??? I ended up adding the leaves from Heartfelt Creations Roses in the corner with ribbon and grey pearls...So much for being spooky! lol

A closer view...I pierced the edges by hand because I didn't have a die cut this particular size (3 x 4)

Here is the wonderful sketch by Julee...Thank you!

Thanks for stopping by and LOVE all your wonderful comments!

Here I used the adorable "Angels Voices" and "Angelic" die cut. There are 4 cute angels to choose from in this set. I wanted to used the angel with the heart and used lots of red. Red is my favorite color so it is perfect with all the hearts. I was planning to use one sentiment but then I started singing and so I decided to use both sentiments. Gorgeous fonts!

I layered a poinsettia and added a pearl in the center. Behind it are some holly leaves.

A closer view...

Sharing another crd using these adorable little angels. This angel is a bit larger but also has a matching die cut. No fussy cutting needed. The sentiment font is again awesome and can be used for several cards. I decided to use blues thinking of the blue sky, stars and the heavens above.

I had to add some flowers and these blues roses were the perfect size to enhance the stamps, but not take away from the beauty. I distressed the edges of the paper to give it a more shabby look.

Believe In Fairy Tales

Hi everyone!
Hope you were able to Blog Hop yesterday with Verve Stamps. If not it's ok there is a few more days to Blog Hop so be sure to come back tomorrow too. So these are part of the Verve stamps that were released yesterday called "Everything Nice" When I seen this beautiful dress, all I could see is a beautiful black and white formal gown. I added some pearls to the waistline and neckline.

These papers that I found at Walmart really are very beautiful! The collection is called Modern Millinery by Colorbok. Be sure to check it out, you will love them too.  My other recent love are the beautiful roses from Heartfelt Creations. I forget sometimes how it is really nice to have the exact color flowers to match your papers. That's because it was made with the matching cardstock! lol

Here is a closer view of the dress and sentiment from Verve "Everything Nice"
I also added some black bling just because....

Here is my first card of the blog hop! The weather here in AZ is finally starting to change and it is our beginning of autumn. So, I'm getting ready for the holiday season by giving thanks to family and friends.  I love the wreath and sentiment which will be used many times. The adorable pumpkin is great to use for so many projects between halloween and thanksgiving.

The autumn blessing has a beautiful leaf spray with matching die cut called Autumn Blessings.
I added a bit of shimmer to the sentiment and tiny pearls along there edge of the circle.

Happy Cat-O-Ween With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi! Today, Im sharing another Halloween card for Cheery Lynn Designs. I can't believe it is already the first day of October! Well, I know Im ready to open up my home here in AZ.

This adorable "cat" is great to use for any card because you can just cut off the spider and use him for a birthday card too. I love the sentiment and I used some diamond glaze to give a bit more shine.

The "hinges" are to use and basically you can use them for so many different projects.  I added more diamond glaze to the cat eyes and the spider. Pop dots are behind the cat but otherwise a pretty flat card for mailing.

Hope you enjoyed!

Spooky Dresser With Cheery Lynn Designs

BOO!
Today, Im sharing with you a super fast card for this Halloween season!
I have seen some similar card on line and this card was made using all Cheery Lynn Designs
 die cuts.

I first card the base of the card which is 5 x 6 inches. Then I diet the 4th smallest "rectangle" twice and cut them in half. You should have 4 pieces, I used 3 of them. Next chalk the edges in white. Add a white dot or button for the drawer handles.

The "ghosts" are part of the "ultimate Halloween' die cut set. Lots of goodies in that pack! I diet the ghosts 3 times and place a piece of black cardstock behind the eyes with a pop dot. The "boo" sentiment was die cut in paper wand then I die cut it again in foam to pop it up with some red tickles for the blood drippings....EW!

Tropical Note

Hello!
Today Im sharing with you a new card that is inspired from another sketch at
Viva La Verve September 2016. I wanted to make it last week but the week got away from me. So, I decided to make the second sketch of the month first and then go back to this sketch second. I had originally planned to make another Halloween card. However, since the summer is finally coming to an end here in sunny AZ, I decided to make one more summer card using beach colored patterned papers. Thinking Hawaii

The papers are from Craft Smith called Sea-glass. I love the texture and all the really pretty colors in this pack. I believe I picked it up at Walmart? In the background there are beautiful tropical flowers so I just fussy cut them out (2 different sizes) and the the center piece. I layered pop dots behind the layers. Behind the flowers is one of my favorite spellbinders die cuts Lacey Circles.

The sentiment is a great stamp to have for a general all purpose card. It was stamped them fussy cut out. The foliage is from Cheery Lynn Designs called Floral Bouquet Kit. Originally I just die cut out the leaves in green paper but then....I decided to added more foliage in cream paper. It looked a bit plain so I colored the tips with a topic marker to match the teal and...TA DA! Love it.

Here is the wonderful sketch! Thank you!

Hope you have a great day!
