Divinity Designs New Release Nov/Dec 2021

Hi I'm sharing a couple new card using the new Nov/Dec release from Divinity Designs. This first slimline card really feels like winter to me. So I called it Winter Wonderland. The houses, tree and the adorable deer. The background paper is great too.

This second card I took the slimline and stood it up. Beautiful papers, and the poinsettias. I love the font of the sentiment too. I typically use lots of black but this time I knew I wanted to use a dark red with some pearls.

Merry Christmas

Good Morning! Sharing this new slimline card for the holidays. using some of the old Prima flowers that I purchased last year and the wonderful striped paper from Lawn Fawn. I love this paper and of course it reminds me of candy canes. I have had these tiny candies and it goes well with the theme.

I used some ribbon in the center over the red paper. The sentiment is from scrapbook.com

You Are The Zest!

Hi Happy Friday! I received some exciting news this morning....will share in the near future. Meanwhile I was working on this slimline card for the Double D Challenge Fruits and Vegetables I started off just using the lemon slices, but then I thought it needed more color. I already attached the banner sentiment so I just left it be "you are the zest"

I added some tiny yellow beads around the card. The sentiment was printed on the computer using 2 different fonts....

A closer view....with some really old ribbon stash!

Willy Wonka Birthday

Hi! I know it is late in the day...but I had to share this colorful birthday card inspired by the Cupcake Inspiration #525 and Willy Wonka. I seen a slimline card that had a rainbow of cupcakes and I loved the look. So I used the fun colors from cupcake inspiration and added candy along the sides. The cupcakes also remind me of the Chocolate Emporium in Orlando. So much fun and YUMMY!

I added the candy cane sticks for straws or they could be just candy canes.

I also added chunky glitter and a glitter brush for the shimmer.

Here are the cupcakes!

Have a great day!

POP

Hello again! Welcome back to my fun card that I made for Father's Day. I used all kinds of die cuts from different companies and a few old stamps. I had envisioned a fun movie themed card for a while. It came out just as I hoped....

The candy is an old stamp set....The soda can was from an clipart image online...I sized it to 1.3 inches...I made the Movie Clapperboard from a square, signo white pen. stars, and white quilling strip.

The popcorn was layered many times...It is the Lawn Fawn bubbles...I seen it on the lawn fawn blog and had to try it out!

The tickets are Cheery Lynn Designs...had them for years and finally brought them out!

You're Toadally Awesome

Hi! Today, Im sharing with you a card that started off being inspired by a challenge over at scrapbook.com but then it didn't quite make it....The theme was to use frogs and then lift someones card. I used the frogs, however, it looks nothing like a lift...so I decided to add a lot more frogs and make it a slimline card.

I tend to make the inside ready to go....

I just LOVE slimline cards lately....

So here is a super close up....so you can see the glitter....I am still practicing photos...

More glitter.....

Have a great day!
