Birthday Wishes

Good Morning! Well, it is almost afternoon....Today I am sharing with you a card for my sister in law for her birthday. I whipped it together this morning so I can get it in the mail. I hope it gets there before Sept 1 but if not Im sure it will get there shortly after...

Green is her favorite color...I think she likes an olive color more...but I wanted to make it a cheerful, bright  birthday color. I used some super old flowers Petaloo from my stash.

A bit of lace and I can not stop using those clear drops....addicting for sure!

Hope you enjoyed! Have a great day!

Thank You

Hi Happy Saturday! Hope everyone is staying warm here in the US. I know it is really cold out there across the country. I live in the AZ valley so it is pretty nice weather...Im lucky now but in the summer it can be brutal...our wintertime...where you stay inside.

So this is a card that I made for my sister who recently mailed a bunch of goodies to me and my daughter. It was very sweet. So I have a few things to mail back to her and I will place this card in the box. She loved my christmas card and her birthday card that I sent her this past holiday. So I am using some of the same die cuts.

I had to use the sketch from Mojo Monday that is being used at scrapbook.com Feb inspirational card challenge. I do love lots of layering.

A closer view.

Here is the sketch! Thx Julee!

Have a great weekend!

Christmas

Good morning! I know its been a while again since I last posted anything. My mother is still in town and I have been trying to spend as much time as I can with her before she goes home to chicago this upcoming Monday! I sure will be sad.....Meanwhile I made this card  a while back and finally just getting it up to my blog.

The design was a lift from scrapbook.com  challenge. It is a bit different but LOVED the beautiful flowers. Ive had these flowers for a while and finally brought them out form Petaloo. The background paper is from Our Daily Bread and the die cuts are from Cheery Lynn Designs and Impression Obsession.

Merry and Bright

Good Morning! Happy Monday...well, I wish I could say that Im home today crafting but Im not...off to work later this morning. I wanted to share with you a new card that is part of my stash going out this holiday season. It actually started off looking just HORRIBLE! However, somehow I was able to pull it together...now Im a bit happier.

I used lots of die cuts and layered them under the holly and flower. The trees are new from Rubbernecker Stamps that I just purchased on Sunday....with lots of other new goodies... The paper is from Our Daily Bread, it is their new Christmas paper collection for this year. The sentiment is from scrapbook.com called "Holly Jolly sentiments" I used their red hybrid ink to stamp it on the white paper.

A closer view with the cute little red dots that I seem to be going to a lot for decorating my trees this year....
Have a great day!

My Beloved

 Good Morning!
Im back again today with yet another card using Graphic 45 papers!
I was so inspired by the beautiful display at CHA that I decided that I need to STOP hoarding all my Graphic 45 papers and use them already! I recently made a card using the same "Mon Amour" collection but it is the perfect time to get those Valentine's cards out.

I was also inspired by Maggi Harding since she had made some make and takes at the Petaloo booth this weekend that I remembered I had some dark green flowers that should be a match for my card. I added a bit of dark green ribbon and done. The other two flowers were the last of the stash that I used on the prior card. You can see that post HERE.

I decided to use a different patterned paper from the collection for the inside. Spicing it up a bit!

Another closer view!

Thanks for stopping by today!
