Divinity Designs September Release

Good Morning! Today I am sharing the first post for my DT with Divinity Designs! I had so much fun creating these 3 cards....BEE (pun intended...LOL) sure to check back here on the my blog and on the other DT members for lots of inspiration!

Products Used:

Stamp Set: Bee Mine

This second card was inspired by the California Quail with their beautiful blue colors...I think they are also native to AZ where I live but I am not sure if I seen them around. Lots of quail running around here...except not too much this time of the year because it is HOT.

Products Used:

Stamp Set: Be Joyful

Okay...last but not least is this fun card using the new "Pop Up Card With Layers" When I first looked at it I thought for sure it would be a bit complex....I was sooooo wrong! It is so easy to put together and very fast to make...LOVE IT! With all the layers it takes the measuring out of the picture and you can have fun adding all the embellished goodies you want to quickly!

Exciting News!

Good Morning! Today, I am finally getting to share my exciting news! I am a few days behind but I have been busy creating for my new DT for Divinity Designs! I have to give heartfelt thanks for the people that invited me and to my dear friend who told me I should apply. My friend and I have been going to several conventions here in AZ for years. We always loved when Divinity Designs come and we buy lots of goodies. During this Covid times, the conventions have been postponed....hopefully soon things will go back the way they used to be? So here are the new DT add on's.... I am so excited to be part of this DT...It has been a while since I last did any DT work...so here we go!

Little Monster

Hello! Today I am sharing a card for my daughter and son in law who are fostering a little boy who is two years old. It has been one week today. Boy are they really getting a taste of parenthood. It is good for them....maybe it will open up the nest and she will try to have her own baby? Sending prayers....

I have had these stickers forever! I bought them on clearance from Recollections for 1.50. Great deal! I was planning on using them in a scrapbook for a grandchild...but why not use them now....

Merry Christmas

Good Morning! Sharing this new slimline card for the holidays. using some of the old Prima flowers that I purchased last year and the wonderful striped paper from Lawn Fawn. I love this paper and of course it reminds me of candy canes. I have had these tiny candies and it goes well with the theme.

I used some ribbon in the center over the red paper. The sentiment is from scrapbook.com

Sending Joy For The Holidays

A new Christmas card for the upcoming holiday season....I had stamped this Lawn Fawn sentiment out for  another card but I didn't use it. So I saved it even though part of the letters were cut off. So since I recently made another holiday card I thought I would use it.

I like the patterned papers but this is not exactly how I had pictured it in my mind.

Your Friendship

Hi, Today I am sharing a new card that I made for a dear friend of mine. She happens to be my crafting co dependent. LOL She gave me some information and well...I took her advice. Good news...sharing at a later time. The sentiment was on a stamp that I seen online and since I didn't own it....I decided to just print this up on my computer with some different fonts and sizes.

I sent this out a few days back and she received it....which I waited to post here. I love these papers from Graphic 45 and the flowers were all from Recollections.

Let's BAKE the World a Better Place!

Hello everyone! It is a Monday already...where did the weekend go? Yesterday, I was thinking of making this card for the latest Lawn Fawnatics #107 3D cards. I have had the stamp and die cuts "A Creature Was Stirring" for quite a while and I finally brought it out to use...I know it is a bit early for Christmas but I wanted to also use the "Magic Picture Changer Oven Add-On". It was given to me by a very special friend of mine.

So, I decided to make my 3D card into an oven. I even added more pot holders on the side with more utensils. I used the scalloped box tags to make everything pop up on the counter. They do fold flat for mailing.

Here you can see the burners and I have been loving the teal, red and the white lately too.

Of course I had to do the other side of the oven the same with utensils and pot holder.

Birthday Wishes

Good Morning! Well, it is almost afternoon....Today I am sharing with you a card for my sister in law for her birthday. I whipped it together this morning so I can get it in the mail. I hope it gets there before Sept 1 but if not Im sure it will get there shortly after...

Green is her favorite color...I think she likes an olive color more...but I wanted to make it a cheerful, bright  birthday color. I used some super old flowers Petaloo from my stash.

A bit of lace and I can not stop using those clear drops....addicting for sure!

Hope you enjoyed! Have a great day!
