Love Notes

Hi!
So today Im off from work again...woo hoo!
Im sharing today a new card using more of that beautiful Graphic 45 papers. The beautiful sketch is from this week's Mojo Monday #483 by Julee. Thank you!

So as I have been mentioning in my previous posts that I have been hoarding several Graphic 45 papers. However, Im finally proud to say that Im making a dent in them now. Is that the first road to recovery? LOL It certainly makes working with the sketches easy because everything matches.

I had originally tried to match with the papers with pre made flowers but it just didn't look right...so I made some tiny roses with Heartfelt Creations rose set. The best part of that set is that you can make them any size you want. I was inspired by Julee's card with the ribbon bow and the flowers. I just thought it was so beautiful! The ribbon is a sheer cream because I didnt want to cover up the February font.

The circle in the back is from Spellbinders and the mini french pastry is from Cheery Lynn Designs.
I then stamped "Love Notes" from the Love Notes stamps from Verve.

I added some pearls just because I couldn't help myself!

Here is the beautiful layered sketch this week!

Im also entering this card in the
Im thinking my card is a combination of layered and shabby chic...
I was inspired by the vintage background paper and the pink flower

Im aso entering this card in the Gecko Galz, "Vintage Valentines"

You Drive Me Wild!

Good Morning!
I can't believe another weekend is over already and it already Monday!
I was able to get some cards made this weekend....here is my latest for a guy.
No flowers or ribbon...tough one for me to do! LOL
I thought I could make a Valentine for a guy and this is the ending result.

The papers are from Graphic 45 once again in my stash. I used kraft cardstock and printed up the sentiment on the computer. The heart is from Verve. I just added some stickles in black.

A closer view.

Have a great week!

Be Mine

Hi everyone!
Hope everyone is well and enjoying your weekend!
Im in my scrap room making lots of fun cards for my stash!
Im also on a Graphic 45 roll....trying to use up the stash that Ive had for a long time.
Today, I made this card using the beautiful roses from Heartfelt Creations.
After I took the photos of the card I thought why didn't I color the leaves? Why didn't I ink it up with brown? Oh well...sometimes it doesn't come out like you thought it would come out?

The inside I used a punch and it is similar to many of my insides for gift cards and a note.

The fishtail banner is from Cheery Lynn Designs and the sentiment is from Verve stamps called
Love Notes.

Have a great day!

More Love

Hi! TGIF!
Im so happy to be in my happy spot of the home....my scrap room!
Today, I wanted to make something for my DT but then I remembered I wanted to make this week's sketch for Mojo Monday #482.
I love the heart and I also wanted to use more of the Graphic 45 papers that I have been hoarding. LOL
I have been making a few cards for Valentines Day but they have all been pinks and reds. So I thought it can be blue, right? Well, Im thinking this card is shabby chic so it can be used for Valentines day too.

The card is 5 x 5 inches and I used die cuts from Spellbinders (lacey circles and standard circles), Cheery Lynn Designs (flourish leaf strip) and the heart is from Verve. The sentiment is also from Verve stamps called "Love Notes"

The flowers were bought a while back from Micheal's They have a little bit of glitter on the tops.
On the inside the lace punch is from Martha Stewart.

I had some tiny pieces of pearls from other projects so I just added them in two spots...

Here is the great fun sketch!
Thank you Julee!
Have a great weekend!

My Beloved

 Good Morning!
Im back again today with yet another card using Graphic 45 papers!
I was so inspired by the beautiful display at CHA that I decided that I need to STOP hoarding all my Graphic 45 papers and use them already! I recently made a card using the same "Mon Amour" collection but it is the perfect time to get those Valentine's cards out.

I was also inspired by Maggi Harding since she had made some make and takes at the Petaloo booth this weekend that I remembered I had some dark green flowers that should be a match for my card. I added a bit of dark green ribbon and done. The other two flowers were the last of the stash that I used on the prior card. You can see that post HERE.

I decided to use a different patterned paper from the collection for the inside. Spicing it up a bit!

Another closer view!

Love One Another

Hi!
CHA is now over....sigh...I have been so inspired to make new cards for my stash.
This card and tomorrow's post were all made on Monday!
Guess I really had some Mojo...
Julee Tilman from Verve stamps and Mojo Monday has generously made these FREE digital stamps for you to enjoy! Also a chance to win $40 in a Giveaway.Thank you sooooo much!!!
So, I have made this fun summery card...Yes in January! LOL
The font made me smile and made me think of sunshine and flowers.

I used stitched rectangle and square dies from Cheery Lynn Designs. and brought out my super old but still loved Posy stamps and Die cuts from Heartfelt Creations. It looked like it was a great match to the background paper from "Simple Stories"called Sunshine and Happiness.

I fussy cut out the butterfly and added some pearl swirls.

A closer view....Love it.

Here are the fabulous digi stamps!!!
Here is the LOVE FROM ME DIGITAL SET too.
Thank you again!
Hope you enjoyed!
Have a great day!

My Heart Belongs To You

Hi Happy Mojo Monday!
Today, I was in my scrap room after a long weekend with CHA. I had so much fun and met lots of wonderful designers in person. I have lots of pictures of my Facebook page, so be sure to stop by and enjoy!
So while I was at CHA, I was making some heart shakers for Cheery Lynn Designs and I couldn't keep up! They were going fast and thanks to my son the day before... he helped me precut several pieces ahead of time.  So I was thinking I was totally done making hearts for a while....but nope!
So here is card for this week's Mojo Monday # 481

I recently purchased these heart sentiments and heart from Verve. The collection is called "Love Notes" and there are several lovely sentiments in the pack...more to come! I colored the heart with a copic marker. The doily, the stitched rectangle and square are from Cheery Lynn Designs.

The papers were bought for the shakers hearts by the wonderful Christina from Cheery Lynn Designs. Great choice of colors! I added some pink flower lace and light pink flower that I only had one of left and of course some pearls.

Here is the great sketch and the Cheery Lynn Designs box of my heart shakers...
both inspired for today's post!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great day!

Hello With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hope to see you at the CHA if your in town!
Sharing a new card made using the Bohemian Release!
Its so fun and the colors here are perfect for this collection!

I used a basic white card then layered it with yellow, red and teal. I stamped the corners with black ink and doodled in the black dots.
The hearts and the sentiment are part of the "bohemian word set" and the 'bohemian sun" was cut in yellow and I used a darker copic yellow for the inside.

Pretty fast and easy to make!

Have a great day!
