Welcome Baby Boy

Hi! Today Im sharing with you a new card for a colleague of mine for her first baby.
Im so happy for her too!
I used Lawn Fawn patterned papers. They are perfect for a little boy card.
The sentiment was an old baby stamp set I think from fiskars?

The stamped elephant is from Verve stamps. He is adorable!
The clouds, banner and stars are from Cheery Lynn Designs. I added some buttons the corners.
The lacey circle is from Spellbinders and the inside circle was cut with my circuit.

Two of my colleagues and myself put a gift card inside for her to enjoy whatever she
wants to get for her little one!

Thanks for stopping by today! Been a while since I have made anything for my stash and well this little card is already gone!
Have a great day!

Vampire With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi, Im sharing today with you a super fast clean and simple card using some the the new release from Cheery Lynn Designs. The "vampire" is adorable! It's not a spooky one, so it is great to use for children cards too. The sentiment is from the "witch's skirt".

The "bat family" I used purple cardstock to match the patterned paper in the background. The "circle" was used to represent a large moon. The pierced holes on the circle gives it a little bit more characteristic.  Minutes to make! Enjoy!

Wizard Of Oz Halloween With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi everyone! Welcome to this month's Blog Hop with Cheery Lynn Designs!
If you are coming from Julie's Blog you are on the right track. Otherwise start over HERE at the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog.

Today, Im sharing my card inspired by the Wizard Of Oz. The "witch's skirt" was the beginning of my vision. When I seen the die it reminded me of the wicked witch of the east under the house. So I made the shoes glitter red by using stickles.

Next, I used "judy's blooms" to make the red poppies In the centers is black gala glitz.
The "fall leaves" are beautifully detailed with swirls.

Closer view of the shoes and if you can see on the yellow background is an embossed brick pattern for the "follow the yellow brick road."

Now I realize Dorothy had a dog, but maybe the witch had a black cat?
Love the cat from "witch's brew" I placed yellow paper behind the eyes.

Happy Hanukkah With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi everyone! It's Lisa back today sharing a new card for Cheery Lynn Designs. Summer is getting close to the end....So that means the holiday will be creeping up soon too! I make lots of Christmas cards, but I also have friends who celebrate Hanukkah.
This one is just perfect.

This card was really easy and fast to make! The new sentiment is part of the "winter holiday word" and it works great with the "menorah" The dotted border is part of the
"lords and commons border set"

You can see the yellow stickles glitter on the flames and also on the sentiment. I added some yellow beads throughout for the little extra something.

IOE Plates "Birthday" Blog Hop With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi everyone! Welcome to this month's Blog Hop with Cheery Lynn Designs!
If you are coming from Julie's Blog you are on the right track. Otherwise start over HERE at the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog.
Today, Im sharing with you a new embossing folder from IOE Plates called Birthday Oval. I used to parts of the folder, the oval Happy Birthday and the dots on the edges of the card. I wanted to make a card for a guy with no flowers and/or ribbon. Nautical theme is right up my alley. Perfect for a man.

There are a few die cuts on this card. I stamped a Happy Birthday sentiment from Verve on a "pierced stacker" in cream cardstock and then layered it with a larger teal "pierced stacker" The big "mayflower" was die cut in teal and cream. The "ship's anchor" was die cut in teal and then colored with a white signs pen. Lastly, I added three "starfish" with some fish netting in a few spots.

You Are Awesome With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi everyone!!
Today I thought I would share with you another super fast card using only one die from Cherry Lynn Designs! It is part of the new collection called "whimsical "you are awesome" To make this card I used one piece of white cardstock 5 x 12 and scored at 6 inches. The a fun patterned paper cut at 4.75 and 5.75 inches. Not sure if this card would be considered CAS? Im thinking Maybe? lol

Add some piece of ribbon and a bow on top.  Don't forget the pearl bling!

Here is how I raised the sentiment. I ran a piece of white cardstock through, then I ran a piece of white foam through...I did it twice to make sure it cut it out perfect. Then glue the two pieces together. Done!

Just A Little Note With Cheery Lynn Designs

Hi everyone! Today 'm sharing with you a new card using some of the new release with Cheery Lynn Designs. The beautiful "Quarterfoil Frame #2" is the background in white cardstock. I was thinking it is like an elegant lattice. So I wanted to use papers that were soft and elegant.

The flowers and leaves/ ferns were die cut using the f"loral bouquet kit" In the centers of the flowers I used gala glitz in pink. On the shite sprays I placed some white flower soft. Kind of looks like q-tips! lol

The sentiment was stamped in pink distressing ink and then fussy cut out.
Love the sentiment in a wave...

The "dandelions" were die cut in white and distressed with the pink ink.
Then there is a bit of sparkle using a glitter pen.
