Tiffany Box

This was a plain box that I decorated for Pammy's Ideas for Scrapbookers! Now who doesnt love tiffany's??? So easy to cover, you have to play with the fonts a bit to get it to look like the original box. I used added white ribbon and pearls.... a cute box for a bridal shower or any gift.

Creating a Dress Mannequin

I have seen so many dress mannequins lately. So instead of buying one I thought I could make my own!

1. These are the supplies you will need:
I used my cricut, but if you don’t have one you could use a template, a punch or hand drawn.
You need two hearts 2.5 inches, one needs to be silhouette, two triangles 2.5 inches, and again one must be a silhouette, a rectangle silhouette 1.5 inches, a table 3 inches long.
Scissors, glue, quilling strips, and embellishments of your choice.
2. Glue the 4 silhouetted pieces together and when dry cut out the middle parts as shown.
3. Then place the quilling strips .25 inches apart under the silhouette dress and when dry add the other heart and triangle pieces underneath. Embellish and you have your own homemade dress mannequin!

Here is an example on a layout!
Enjoy!

Disneyland

is from the ad Imaginance...their BDay Bash.
I have seen so many flags lately so I gave it a whirl....and i wanted to use fun colors! I made the flag,
the title "California", the Mickey head with journaling and the black circle border all from cricut. I used
embroidery floss to hook up to the flags and pop dots underneath for a 3d effect...The stars and
rhinestones are blingy and the disney and mickey are old old old stickers. The font is Waltograph...
so Disney!

Whiting Country Fair

I really enjoyed making this layout of my daughter Erica. She was so cute and adorable having tons of fun at the Whiting Fair many years ago. I made all the embellishments from either paper or supplies around the home. The cotton candy was made from cotton balls and sprayed tattered angels misting with candy sticks. The ferris wheel was made using popsicle sticks and then added rhinestones to act as the blingy lights. The popcorn is made with pom poms! Yum!

Alice in Wonderland

This is a layout of my dd and her boyfriend. They went to homecoming together dressed up as Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter. They wanted to look like the new Tim Burton version which is way different then the old, cute disney version. I thought they were so adorable and loved how the photos turned out! I wanted to make the keyhole paper so i just used the cricut to make it. I added moss and tried to bring out the blue in her dress though out the layout, since the new alice in wonderland is a bit on the darker side. Not your typical halloween colors, but it came out the way i wanted it to. I think they are planning to wear the same outfits for halloween too? But who knows with teens.... TFL!
